How to cancel
Cancel the subscription in your PayPal account or email localwebs@agencywpdev.com with your subscription email and reference, if available. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens to your website
Cancellation stops future renewals. The website remains available until the paid period ends and may then be unpublished. Your own domain remains yours. An included service subdomain ends with the service.
Files and materials
You retain your own brand, photographs and original supplied materials. Cancellation does not include delivery of source code, templates or the production system.
Charges and refunds
There is no minimum commitment. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior payments. The 30-day guarantee covers content adjustments, not money back. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
Confirmation and support
For cancellation requests by email, we reply with confirmation and the service end date. Include the payment reference if you believe a charge is incorrect.
