Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime
There is no minimum term. You may cancel your $15/month managed website subscription at any time.
Future charges
Cancellation is intended to stop future recurring renewals. PayPal controls the billing transaction and cancellation timing shown in your PayPal account.
Already-paid periods
Payments are not automatically refundable. If a billing period has already been paid, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for that period.
What happens to the website
Hosting and SSL are included only while the managed subscription is active. After the subscription ends, we may unpublish the website.
What you keep
You keep your domain, logo, photos, trademarks and other business assets. The reusable template, source HTML/CSS/JavaScript and production system are part of the managed service and are not transferred on cancellation.
30-Day Make-It-Right Guarantee
The Make-It-Right Guarantee covers unlimited reasonable changes to text, colors, CTA wording and customer-provided or replacement images during the first 30 days after the site goes live. It is not a money-back guarantee and does not convert the standardized template into a custom design project.
