The service
agencywpdev.com provides Local Business Websites, a managed website service for local service businesses. The plan includes up to five pages, template customization, copy based on your business information, hosting, SSL and basic technical SEO. Ecommerce, custom software, business email and a proprietary booking system are not included.
Price and billing
The final price is USD $5 for the first monthly billing period, then USD $15 per month until canceled. There is no setup fee or minimum commitment. Billing starts when you subscribe through PayPal. The discounted first billing period is not a free trial.
Information and delivery
You provide accurate business details and authorized assets through onboarding. We prepare your website within 48 hours after receiving all necessary information and confirming payment. Missing or contradictory information must be resolved first. Connecting your domain also depends on access and DNS propagation.
30-Day Make-It-Right Guarantee
For the first 30 days after your website goes live, reasonable text, color, CTA wording and image adjustments are included within the selected template. Its structure remains fixed. The guarantee does not include a redesign, extra pages or new functionality. It is a revision commitment, not a money-back guarantee. This period begins at launch, separately from subscription billing.
Domain
You retain ownership of your own domain. Registration and renewal are separate. If you do not have a domain, an available agencywpdev.com subdomain is included while your subscription is active. This service subdomain is not transferred when you cancel.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of your brand, logo, photographs and supplied business materials. You confirm that you have the right to publish them and authorize their use for this service. Reusable templates, source code and the production system remain the property of the provider. This is a managed service, not a transfer of source code.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your managed website remains available until the paid period ends and may then be unpublished. Cancellation does not include source-code delivery or an automatic refund. Applicable statutory rights are not restricted by these terms. See the Cancellation Policy.
Availability and acceptable use
Hosting and technical maintenance are included while active. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search rankings, leads or sales. Unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content is not permitted.
Price updates and support
Price increases are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Order support and service requests are handled by email at localwebs@agencywpdev.com.
