Terms
1. The service
Local Business Websites provides a managed website subscription for local service businesses. The standard plan is $15 USD per month with no setup fee and includes a five-page website, hosting and SSL while the subscription is active.
2. Subscription and billing
The subscription renews monthly through PayPal until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing at the price shown at checkout. We do not require a long-term contract.
3. What you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having the right to use any logo, photos, trademarks, testimonials or other materials you send us. We build the website from the facts and assets you provide and may contact you if something needs clarification.
4. Website structure and changes
This is a standardized managed service, not a custom design project. We use a proven template and customize the business name, copy, colors, contact details, services, service areas and customer-provided images. During the first 30 days after the website goes live, the Make-It-Right Guarantee includes unlimited reasonable changes to text, colors, CTA wording and customer-provided or replacement images. The underlying template, page structure and design system remain fixed.
5. Ownership
You keep ownership of your domain, logo, photos, trademarks and other business assets. The reusable template, source HTML/CSS/JavaScript, production system and other service code remain part of Local Business Websites and are not transferred when the subscription ends.
6. Hosting and availability
Hosting and SSL are included while the subscription is active. We may perform maintenance or make technical changes needed to operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific search-engine rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals according to PayPal's processing and the subscription may remain active through the already-paid billing period. After the subscription ends, we may unpublish the managed website. See our Cancellation Policy.
8. Refunds
Payments are not automatically refundable. The 30-Day Make-It-Right Guarantee is a revision commitment, not a money-back guarantee.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity. We may refuse or discontinue service when required to protect the platform, third parties or comply with law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version posted here applies from its stated effective date.
