Provider and contact
agencywpdev.com provides this service under the Local Business Websites brand. Contact localwebs@agencywpdev.com for questions or requests about your data.
Information collected
We receive the subscription email and reference you report, business details, preferences, logos and photographs submitted for your website. We store order records and assets to deliver and manage the service. We do not receive or store complete card details; PayPal processes payments under its own policies.
How information is used
We use the information to match your order to your subscription, manually review payment, create the website, send confirmations and handle support. Your private order email is not published unless you also authorize it as a public business contact. Content authorized for the website will be publicly accessible.
Service providers
Hosting and email use external providers. We may use Google Drive and AI-assisted production tools, including DeepSeek/Harness, to organize the materials and produce your website. Submit only information and assets authorized for those purposes, not confidential or sensitive customer information.
Sessions and external services
Forms use a necessary session cookie for security and submission continuity. The PayPal checkout may retain a subscription reference in session storage. This MVP does not add advertising or marketing analytics. Some pages load Google Fonts, causing your browser to contact Google. External links and payment providers have their own privacy policies.
Retention and requests
We retain information during the service and as needed for support, incidents or applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by email; identity verification and legally required record retention may apply. We do not sell your data.
Third-party materials
Do not submit confidential records or photographs without permission. Demo profiles are fictional and their images are illustrative; they do not provide real business or professional services.
